Upcoming Workshops

Community Roots is committed to the development of urban agriculture and Neighborhood Supported Agriculture in particular. Workshops will be scheduled periodically as demand dictates. This workshop will cover the following aspects of NSA:

• Marketing and Distribution (farmers markets & CSA)
• Production and Planning (the growing and the planning for the growing)
• Financial (how much you can expect to spend and to make)
• Operations and Labor (what the work looks like day to day)
• Community Resources (how to find and collaborate to use land)
• Brief Tour of Community Roots gardens and headquarters
